Lunar Legend builds the story in a fantasy world where people can use power and magic. Alex, a young fan of the hero Dragonmaster Dyne, is in the process of realizing his dream of becoming a great Dragonmaster like an idol. He and his friend Ramus have been on the journey together, and have encountered a big turn when entering a cave of dragons. There, Quark – an old dragon who discovered the hidden power in the young man’s glittering eyes – gave him the title he had wished for. The burden on his shoulders, Alex and his friend went to Saith to explore but were attacked by a horde of monsters. Fortunately, a warrior named Laike appeared to rescue and revealed to them about many new things.

In the introduction of the game, probably those who are interested in the role-playing genre have somewhat realized that this is a typical game, both in the plot and the related content. Despite this, it still offers things to look forward to on an exciting journey, encounters with NPCs, mysteries, stories of ambition, and countless dangers. Lunar Legend is slightly anime-oriented, it is developed independently and does not require players to have information about, but this does not mean that you will overcome challenges simply.

Starting at a default location, you will play as Alex and start the exploration journey without forgetting to search for teammates. They can join at a later time, so try to interact with the characters to get more information about the dangers, as well as ways to develop personal abilities, including levels, skills, and equipment. These will bring damage, defense, and luck attributes to the character. And no matter what you say, this is still an important premise to gain an advantage on the battlefield, despite a turn-based tactical element.

Regarding battles, most of it will happen randomly on the map, when you collide with an enemy. The featured screen with turn-based gameplay will be displayed and divided into two parts, one for each team. By choosing battle skills, spells, and items try to win. In many reviews, I’ve noticed that people often complain about the repetition of battles. But please understand, this is the core point that is difficult to change, and players should harness the joy of creating new strategies.
