Power Rangers – Wild Force

Thousands of years ago, an evil lineage called Org had appeared and destroyed the world. But the Gaogod, along with the super beasts, then joined altogether to stop the destruction. After the failures, the demon lords combined to kill Gaogod and continue to carry out the plan. Shirogane sacrificed himself to wear a wolf mask and imprison the demon lord’s power in his body, then begged his teammates to seal himself in the dungeon for peace of the world. Till this day, Org once again wakes up and unleashes his power from Shirogane. Five Gao Ranger warriors have been selected to join the sixth human successor in defense of mankind.

The first thing I felt when I started playing “Power Rangers: Wild Force” was that it had the same idea as almost every other part of the series. Players will pass ten stages and defeat enemies that are nearly the same. The most challenging point is to participate in a boss battle, because he seems smarter, and possesses quite strong fighting techniques. However, in a separate way, there are a few differences. First of all, it is the perspective. The viewpoint is set from the top down, so it is much larger than the usual horizontal screen. Second is how to organize the stages. There is a common map to observe. Once complete, players will be provided with a password to unlock the next scene. This is also considered as a method to save the progress, every time you exit the game.

In terms of combat, all six warriors own unique abilities. The Yellow Eagle Ranger has an attack with the Eagle Sword, causing enemies to be sent into the air and damaged by claws. The Tiger White Ranger uses the Tiger Baton stick to attack with almost absolute accuracy while the Red Lion Ranger is stronger than the Lion Gauntlets.
In each battle, the system allows the player to select four members: one to control and the other three to play as supporting places. This is the highlight that you should take advantage of boss battles to achieve better results. However, it is also influenced by an energy meter to avoid overusing.

Once a boss is destroyed, he will be revived with a giant body that the regular Rangers can not defeat. Therefore, players need to use the gem to summon super beasts and assemble to become Megazord. Initially, a set of five Lion, Tiger, Eagle, Shark, and Bison Zords is available. Meanwhile, later processes will give you the ability to unlock more Bear, Gorilla, Rhino, and so on.
