Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files: Tournament Tactics

The shadow tournament is known as a martial arts competition organized by criminals and is sponsored by the four demons of the spirit world. During the match, demons have the right to compete and will suck the blood of the losers. Yusuke Urameshi is a young teenager, also participated in this deadly tournament with his friends. But as he progressed further, he learned that the people behind the executive were Four Saint Beasts. They are seeking the strongest warriors to serve the purpose of conquering the world. Yusuke silently finds help to become a champion and takes the key to the spirit world. Maybe, it is the only way to prevent future threats. But this is not easy to achieve, as the opponents are getting stronger and stronger.

Yusuke is the first character that can be played. You will get the system instructing the basic control and combat techniques, then join a few missions to find teammates, before actually participating in the shadow tournament. Hiei, Kurama, Kuwabara, Masked Fighter are the first ones to appear to form a team of five. “YU YU HAKUSHO TOURNAMENT TACTICS” builds gameplay as a combination of genres: RPG, strategy, and action. Each turn, an action menu appears with options: Move, Attack, Item, Overdrive, Focus, and Wait. Let’s build tactics to bring the highest efficiency, with the ultimate goal is to defeat the five enemies standing on the grid map. In particular, movement is also one of the important elements in a strategy game. If attacked from behind, the defense will be reduced, and that is why the amount of damage received increases higher. Overall, its gameplay is quite similar to “Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.” However, the characters are built-in default and are limited to 10, not freely recruited. The game has an RPG element, so each warrior in the group has each unique ability to exploit. Some may only have an effect in close range, some may attack multiple targets in the vicinity, or the others can also create effects that limit or prevent the enemy from moving. After passing over 40 levels, the spirit world will be opened for you to fight against Four Saint Beasts as well as to complete the story. This is the premise to unlock four other modes, including Timed Floodgate, Timed Destination, Pursuit, and Destroy All Enemies.
