Our world and the world of the elements formerly shared the same space and time eons ago, but for unexplained reasons, they drifted apart. If, in the present day, they were to come back together, the consequences for humanity would be devastating. The activities taking place in the sky over Tokyo are leading up to y such an occasion. Maidens are young women who can speak with beings from the Elemental world known as Arcana, and they are the only ones with the power to stop this form’s transformation from occurring.
The original arcade version of Arcana Heart is now available as a two-dimensional video game. Find out what’s going on in Tokyo by picking one of eleven different Maidens and eleven different Arcanas, each of which possesses its own set of skills, and use them to your advantage. The game’s gameplay is quite similar to the Guilty Gear series. It includes a range of sophisticated tactics, such as air dashing and dash cancellations, which together make for brutal high-speed clashes.
