More than 120 playable characters are available in the fighting game Tenkaichi 2, making it the Dragon Ball game with the most incredible cast of playable characters ever. It is one of the most comprehensive Dragon Ball Z games thanks to the primary Dragon Adventure mode, which follows an epic story mode that covers all of the essential conflicts from the very first Dragon Ball Z saga (the Saiyan Saga) up to the very last Dragon Ball GT series (the Dragon series), and everything in between.
The battle style is the game before it is used, but it has been expanded with new mechanics. One of these improvements is the return of the “Planet Freedom” feature, previously seen in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3. In addition, there are new combat combos, transformations that can be performed during fights, and a featured encyclopedia that details the entirety of the Dragon Ball canon, including all of its most significant parts.
A tag system allows up to ten different characters to participate in a single fight, and all of the characters from the previous version and some new ones are included in this one. There are even more characters available in the Wii version. The locations feature carryovers of the last game and brand-new settings.
