There is a significant problem at Leafmore High School. The entire school has taken on a sinister appearance, eerie sounds can be heard echoing through the corridors, and some students and staff members have vanished without a trace. One courageous group of adolescents decides to investigate the situation no matter what the consequences may be. They are unaware of the horrific circumstances that have befallen the school and everyone there. Evil has power when there is no light; nevertheless, if there is light, it is possible to defeat them. Will they be able to make it through the night?
In the Solo Mode, you can pick from one of five characters, each with a unique personality, set of skills, and perspective. You can switch between them whenever you like (as long as they are both still alive).
By traveling to a “gathering point” within the game, the player can also select a second person to accompany the player (as a “teammate”) to attend to the player throughout the game. The player can switch control between the first and second characters at any time during the game, giving them access to each of their unique skills.
A few primary categories of weapons can be utilized in the game, including contact (such as a baseball bat), handguns, guns, and “special” weapons that are more exotic and have greater firepower. Using one type of gun or pistol’s ammunition in another is impossible, and the bullet is model-specific. Characters can trade weapons with one another, and any ammo discovered is kept in the group’s stocks for distribution to individual members as needed.
In addition, the player will be tasked with collecting various items such as first-aid kits, save game discs, keys, screwdrivers, and other tools. Other things are necessary for figuring out the answers to the puzzles contained within the game.
