It just so happens that The Birdman, searching for the best top skaters for his new project, has stopped in your city to hunt for some. To be considered one of the finest top skaters, you must participate in Tony Hawk’s Project 8. You must demonstrate that you can make the other two hundred individuals who are compe the coveted eight seats. You begin the game ranked 200th, and around the city, there are a variety of objectives and goals established for you to complete. One of these objectives is reintroducing the classic mode from the earlier Tony Hawk games.

Now, there are many other ways in which players can advance their ranks. A form of the target has been marked with spray paint on the ground in several locations throughout the city. Whether it is grinding a specific distance, performing a certain number of Natas spins, maintaining your balance while doing a manual for a certain amount of time and space, point combinations, or trick combos, there are a lot of different ways to earn points and points can be used to unlock new tricks. In addition, players can obtain missions from random citizens scattered over the city.

Players have additional opportunities to acquire Stokens by dazzling the city’s citizens with impressive feats of skill as they explore the metropolis. Players can utilize these Stokens to make purchases from the store, including extra articles of clothing, hairstyles, footwear, tricks, and boards.

The “Nail the Trick” option is new to this game version. In this mode, the player focuses on the skater’s feet while simultaneously controlling the board’s movement with both analog sticks. This mode aims to rack up as many points as possible by performing combos in slow motion.

The PSP version features 14 other multiplayer modes and 8 classic levels, including Hawaii, Alcatraz, and The Mall. The online multiplayer component is not supported on the PS2, PS3, or Xbox versions.
