The sixth installment in the Tony Hawk video game series is Tony Hawk’s Underground 2.
As an up-and-coming professional skater, you are cordially asked to join Tony Hawk in an underground skating competition that will take place worldwide and is known as the “World Destruction Tour.” It’s a free-for-all competition between Team Hawk and Team Bam to see which can rack up the most points by causing the most mayhem and pulling off ridiculous feats in cities worldwide.
The story mode of THUG 2 adheres, for the most part, to the same structure as the story mode of THUG, in which the player is required to achieve a certain number of objectives before moving on to the next city.
The “Classic Mode” has been brought back into the series. In this mode, you have two minutes to complete as many goals as possible on any of THUG 2’s levels, in addition to six old levels that have been rebuilt.
Characters, cars, and levels in THUG 2 can be unlocked to reveal brand-new content.
You have access to all of THUG’s Create-A-Modes, in addition to a brand new mode called Create-A-Graphic, where you can construct your graffiti design by stacking different types of text and predefined visuals then use that design to “tag up” during the game.
In a wide range of new and classic multiplayer games, THUG 2 is compatible with both online play (exclusive to the PlayStation 2) and split-screen modes for two players.
