Dynasty Warriors 8 is a hack and slash video game that was released after a series of previous games. The game was developed by Omega Force and released by Tecmo Koei in 2013. Dynasty Warriors 8 is based on the 14th-century Chinese historical novel. The game has more than 82 characters pre-installed in-game so players can choose to join the battle for each kingdom. Each mission that players perform will have different goals and players must complete those goals to unlock side quests. The game also has 2 modes to play offline and online so players can change the ways of playing in the game. New characters in the game will be unlocked if the player can play in Story Mode. In it, players will discover historical stories while on the main mission. In addition to obtaining good weapons, players will use “weapon materials” through the Ambition Mode to train weapons. Old weapons with little features can be combined to strengthen other weapons and will consume gems.
