Gotham City is where the cruelest and cunning criminals have to surrender before Batman and Robin. In a moment of a loophole in the city guards, they escaped from Arkham Asylum and divided into three groups of five people to operate. Riddler led the first group of Clayface, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, and Two-Face operate in the Gotham gold reserve. Penguin’s second group, along with Bane, Killer Croc, Man-Bat, and Cat Woman, are planning to gain control of Gotham by controlling the remote control robot. The last group of Jokers, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, and Killer Moth, plan to blow up the cathedral and deliver deadly laughter throughout the city. To stop this problem, Bat Man and his partner Robin took action to destroy the plans of evil people before they became real and made them return to Ark prison.

Like other Lego games, the gameplay of LEGO Batman: The Video Game is similar. Control any favorite character to fight an enemy, solve puzzles, and collect Lego ‘studs’ (like Gil is a form of currency). The faster you win or the use of combined attacks, the more you will receive double the number of studs at the end. The entire challenge takes place as the story progresses with objects made of lego bricks. Occasionally, you’ll have to mount items to level up, overcome obstacles, or unlock new ones. There are up to thirty levels (equally divided between heroes and villains) as well as several secret levels, including Wayne Manor and Arkham Asylum. Different environments created meticulously and practically like ice cream factories, sewers, or seed cages will bring new experiences. A unique feature is that players are allowed to swap out the costumes of characters (Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and Nightwing) with different people, each containing unique and useful abilities in some battles. Individual (the Attractive suit will attract Lego pieces and turn into rewards, the Water kit allows water travel … etc …). However, many times, when battles become long and repetitive, or sometimes while solving puzzles, there will be a wave of enemies that makes you unable to manage. Although there are still some unwanted restrictions, Lego Batman is still an interesting thing that many people desire. Various unlocked versions, characters, and enemies, as well as fancy outfits, make the game well worth playing again.
