Wii Sports Club

“Wii Sports Club” is a sports game from the popular Nintendo game company and was released as downloadable software for Wii U. The game includes HD remakes of individual sports from the version released on the Wii in 2006, “Wii Sports”. Gameplay in the game has not changed much from the previous version, players will have to use Wii Remote to mimic the movements made in various sports, including tennis, bowling, baseball, golf, and boxing. However, the game requires the use of Wii MotionPlus, to customize the control system and enhance the gameplay. Players are able to join different ‘clubs’ representing various regions across the world and compete online with other members of the club. Players are locked into their chosen club for 24 hours to help them create a closer sense of community. Players are ranked in their clubs, and clubs can compete with each other as well as be ranked against other clubs. In addition, the Miiverse communication system is also supported, and players can communicate in-game using pre-set messages and drawings from the Wii U GamePad.
