The game is the tenth version of the popular NCAA Football series and a sequel of the NCAA Football 2003 game. Still the same as its predecessor, this version still emphasizes the importance of American football in the university environment, which is more important than any other sport. In addition, NCAA Football 2004 emphasizes the home field feature of this sport. Teams with home advantage will prevail in many aspects, and the most important of which is strong psychology. As the first step to NCAA Football 2004, players will join an American football club at an optional university, then try to practice to win great titles for the club.
